“THE SOUL OF THE UNIVERSE” COMES INTO THE SEVENTH CASTLE Purpose of the Calendar 1. The calendar brings joy, serenity, and happiness to all who seek a concise spiritual path to the True God as it unites and draws everyone closer to God through Christ, the Messiah, the Prince of Peace. 2. It brings an end to all forms of cultural and universal idolatry that has brought much evil and conflicts since the Fall; thus, it is relevant and needed in every part of the universe for the rest of time. 3. This new universal calendar is the corridor and key to the long promise of a new heaven and a new earth – bringing peace and justice among all humanity and pleasantness (sociability) of all creatures: animals, plants, environment, etc., to human beings. (Recall that ferocious wolves and tigers lay down, in peace, at the feet of St. Francis who was so united to Christ.) 4. Thus, the calendar brings a new era where all creation will love and praise God for the amazing things He has prepared for the universe, “Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” (Isa.43:19) Through Mary to Jesus

The Seven Ages of the Universe and the Seven Castles of St. Teresa

(Important information: Please read EFFECTS OF THE NEW ERA UNIVERSAL CALENDAR RESET before reading this).

Many could be asking how long the exile from the Garden of Eden had been or whether the universe has not existed for more than seven thousand years or something like that; outside of the evidence of the Sacred Scriptures, we have different ways in which the age of the universe has been explained. While the contemplation and revelation continued on the Great Universal Calendar Reset and the Effects of the New Era Calendar, it sounded like a large whisper into my ear, THE SEVEN MANSIONS OF ST. TERESA. Then I decided to see the best summaries since I have not had time to read it. I was delighted to see that the seven days of Christ the King and the seven successive ages ordained for the universe have already been explained in other related mystical terms. Prominent among them is St. Theresa’s Interior Castle that explains the seven stages of the journey of perfection of the soul unto God in this universe. This work of St. Teresa was a product of infused knowledge since naturally she could not have written that book; thus, someone had written, “St. Teresa of Avila spent most of her life in a convent, was never formally schooled, and was repulsed at the idea of attaining public fame. Yet no other books by a Spanish author have received such widespread admiration as Life and Interior Castle by St. Teresa of Avila… She used the metaphor to explain the soul’s progress from the First Mansions to the Seventh and its transformation from a creature of sin to the Bride of Christ” (Summary of St. Teresa of Avila’s Interior Castle – Owlcation)

The journey of the universe since the Fall can be compared and find similarities to that of the journey of the soul through seven castles as written by St. Teresa. The soul of the universe is now in the Seventh Castle of the King; we are in the Seventh Millennium Age of the universe as well. Teresa refers to this place in the soul as a “second Heaven.” Here the soul always maintains a “tender love” for the Lord, wanting always to give “Him praise;” – the soul experiences almost constant “tranquility. Previously we have explained that the Seventh Millennium Age of the universe is the most beautiful and sublime, as it is called the Era of Peace and the love of the Lord will fill the whole universe.

Jesus Christ the King is the Alpha and the Omega; the “I AM” has always been and will always be with us. In this we see that the presence Christ was not just from His physical birth in Bethlehem, He is at the foundation of the universe and has been with the universe as it travels the different ages. This universe started in the Goodness, Beauty, and Loving communion with God, and with the Fall, that goodness, beauty, and love were wounded, and miseries ensued; this universe will also end in the goodness, beauty, and loving union with God. The journey since the Fall, in all the ages, could be said be a return to the Garden of Eden, the abode of exiled humanity. All the goodness and providences of God witnessed in the universe since the Fall are little sparks of Light, and we will have seven-fold more beauty and goodness of the universe in this seventh millennium.

Again, none of these writeups on the universal calendar reset came without a great trial and diabolical oppositions. However, may the Lord be praised for those oppositions and interior distress that He permitted which were pointers to the significance and impact of the new universal calendar reset. As I meditated on the trials, they became an opportunity to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ the King Who is victorious countless times. And in my mind a passage that talked about the hidden wisdom of God which the princes of the world did not know because if they knew they wouldn’t have crucified Christ (I Cor.2:8). In this sense, I contemplated the folly of the enemy of Christ the King revealing his wrath and one could feel the intensity like, “this is my end in the universe.” His interruptions and the sufferings, therefore, rather than dissuade me or the persons working on the calendar, became the catalyst in some of those days to continue working of this (especially as the calendar received a very discouraging response from the populace in promoting it.) A terrible warfare broke out all around us; most of my imperfections and weaknesses became more glaring to persons. Also, calumnies and backbiting left persons mistrusting CMD and my words. These incidences were not only occurring to me, but other persons also who were working on the calendar have their own similar experiences and witnesses. Oftentimes, all the night I had to be awake moving from one room to the other to get a quite sleep as the evil one physically came to oppose my sleep to get me exhausted all day and as to give up working on this. Loud poundings on the wall or roof anytime I was about to doze off. Or the water running loud on the drainage pipes with no one using the restroom. Just as it happened when the Immaculate Heart Rosary was being introduced (and many persons were there), the electricity in the church went off violently following a loud stomp that I did know its source; when the image of the wall calendar was received and being worked on, the same loud stomp on the wall – all lights went off and returned in a second. While writing on this too, “The Universal Soul enters the Seventh Castle” it reoccurred in another facility where I was. The sulfur smell was escalated that we felt the air has turned into sulfur day and night. In the midst of all these the Lord has sent someone to write to me from another continent and some specific paragraphs of the Psalms she believed were given to her for us addressed all the situation that we could have hardly put in words (Ps.88, 89, and 69). “Why, LORD, do you reject me and hide Your face from me? From my youth I have suffered and been close to death; I have borne Your terrors and am in despair. Your wrath has swept over me; Your terrors have destroyed me. All day long they surround me like a flood; they have completely engulfed me. You have taken from me friend and neighbor— darkness is my closest friend” (Ps.88); and the other Psalms reinforced it, “God of Israel, may those who seek You not be put to shame because of me. For I endure scorn for Your sake, and shame covers my face. I am a foreigner to my own family, a stranger to my own mother’s children; for zeal for Your house consumes me, and the insults of those who insult You fall on me. When I weep and fast, I must endure scorn…I will praise God’s name in song and glorify Him with thanksgiving.” (Ps.69). In all these, God was glorified as He made it clear, “nothing to be added to the form of the calendar, nothing to be subtracted.” And our prayer is that the Lord Himself through the Holy Spirit will inspire the persons or generations who shall implement this calendar and inherit the blessings written in “THE EFFECTS OF THE NEW ERA CALENDAR.”

Thus, we shall study the topic above under three unequal subheadings. In the first, we will look at the points of resemblance between the Seven Ages of the Universe (as explained in the EFFECTS OF THE NEW ERA CALENDAR) and the Seven Mansions of St. Teresa; in the second section, we will look at the point of departure between the accounts of Seven Mansions and the Seven Ages and in the third section, we will apply the study to each of the seven ages and the seven mansions individually. The fuller exposition of the events of the seventh age are written in God’s Foot is on the World: Millennium Reign of Christ the King” (the main source book detailing the universal millennium reign era of Christ the King).

Point of Resemblance between the Seven Ages of the Universe and the Seven Castles of St. Teresa of Avila

As we stated above the story of the universe can be explained in the form of “journey” through different stages. This idea is a common denominator in the writeups on the Seven Ages and the Seven Interior Castles. Prior to this whispering of the seven mansions into my ears this morning, which led to this writeup on the connection between the seven mansions and the seven ages, we had referenced the Interior Castles of St. Teresa in the Book of Christ’s Millennium-Era Reign “God’s Foot is on the World” This was in connection to the progressive journey of the universe to the seventh millennium era of peace. One summary of the Interior Castles confirms this progressive journey, “The soul’s mission: The soul can journey within these mansions to unite itself to God, so as to plant itself, like a tree, in the “living waters of life.” This journey to God is the soul’s essential mission. Even in this lifetime, the soul can make it all the way to the seventh mansion where it is completely united with God. This journey is completed in Heaven where the soul experiences the beatific vision. (IC 33, THE SOUL’S JOURNEY TO GOD: A CONCISE SUMMARY OF SAINT TERESA OF AVILA’S INTERIOR CASTLE | Catholic Strength).  In God’s Foot is on the World, we had been prompted to write, “Turning our eyes to the future, we confidently await the dawn of a new Day… As the third millennium of the Redemption draws near, God is preparing a great springtime for Christianity, and we can already see its first signs.” May Mary, the Morning Star, help us to say with ever new ardor our “yes” to the Father’s plan for salvation that all nations and tongues may see His Glory. (POPE JOHN PAUL II, Message for World Mission Sunday, n.9, October 24th, 1999; www.vatican.va) Christianity can have an unswerving development. Is it unavoidable that Christianity has to be gaining ground and losing the same ground? Why should a man grow into a child? Law of growth entails that a child grows into a man. Why do some Christian cultures built on godly ways slip into ungodly cultures that serve the agenda of satan, at the expense of God? The Jesus-week-cycle provides, for the Millennium-era a formidable development of Christianity. Jesus-Week-Cycle furthers the ontological development of the Church; a movement that is expected to graduate from different levels of “dawn” into various level of “brightness.” Many others have similar views, “Is there to be no development of religion in the Church of Christ? Certainly, there is to be development and on the largest scale. Who can be so grudging to men, so full of hate for God, as to try to prevent it? But it must truly be development of the faith, not alteration of the faith. Development means that each thing expands to be itself, while alteration means that a thing is changed from one thing into another” (The Development of Doctrine: An instruction by St Vincent of Lerins).

This developmental movement finds similarity in the Interior Castles of St. Theresa of Avila, which depicts a journey of the soul into stages of perfection that lead to ultimate embrace of Jesus Christ. The entire universe and the Church at large, by observing the Jesus-Week-Cycle, will ascend to the higher levels of perfection required of all. As such, this spirituality is a consistent gradual immersion into the Light of Christ. It is the true enlightenment movement since it leads us to Christ, the True Light of the world. The Light of Christ dimmed down through godless enlightenment revolution, which shaped dominant contemporary atheism, syncretism, and apostasy… Thus, the mission to make Christ the soul of every heart, the soul of every culture, and the soul of the universe” (Kindly read the full subsection A Formidable Universal Christ-Reign in God’s Foot is on the World as to see how beautiful the renewed universal church will be.)

Furthermore, it is very interesting that St. Teresa has used the image of “marriage and love” to explain the relationship between the soul and Christ in the seven mansions. She also explains the stages of this relationship of love between the soul and the King and how the soul journeys progressively/increasingly in perfection of this love until it enters the last chamber, the most magnificent under heaven, where there is marriage between the King and the soul. Before getting to know that she has used this image, in the last chapter of “God’s Foot is on the World we had written, “What gave birth to the Jesus-week-cycle (a Christ-centered seven-day endless cycle calendar) is a heart that has fallen in love with God; a heart consumed with the Love of God such that one wants the Espoused, the Lord Jesus Christ, to be constantly with him or her, even more than intimate couples crave and desire to be at each other’s side every second. This is marriage with the Lord … (Jesus-week-cycle) is just a “divine-consumption;” being ‘lost’ in an abyss and labyrinth of love – agape love, a heart beating for Jesus that consumes your heart Whom you want to please every moment of the day, love for its own sake.”

Also, it is interesting that she used the “King” to express the relationship between a soul and Christ in each of the seven castles/stages. The Seven Ages is all about the presence and reign of Christ the King. She has explained the seventh castle as a chamber of beauty, love, and goodness. This chamber is where a soul is meant to be but wandered away by the wounds of sins and allurements of satan. The Christ the King weekly cycle similarly talks about the manifest reign of Christ the King and the life of the universe in this seventh age, the era of this Kingship; this seventh era is the original place God has meant for the universe and has been hindered by sin and satan since the Fall.

Moreso, she explains the transition from one stage to other, each succeeding stage being much better than the previous, and the last being the best. In some of the stages Jesus Christ is manifestly at work and there are stages when it would seem that He was hidden while the soul labors more in seeking perfection through purgative ways. For instance, in the first three stages of St. Theresa’s Castles, the soul seems to play more active role in developing this relationship; however, from the fourth stage, the soul becomes passive and mostly, receives from the Bridegroom. Someone has summarized her words in this way, “The journey begins with forgiveness. We need to “beg” God to “deliver us” from such evil, and to redeem ourselves “in the blood of Christ,” so as to “remove the pitch which blackens the diamond.” (IC 35)” In the Seven Ages of the universe and Christ the King, we will see how there is a transition too after the third Day (mystery). In the document that treated the seven ages of the world, we have explained them in the forms of the Fall in the first age, the proliferation of sins in the second age, and the deluge and cleansing of the third age; for instance, in the first three ages of the universe the main focus was the fall, punishment for sins, deluge, the sacrifices and mortifications, the observance of the Law, etc. There too, we have explained the transition that occurred at the fourth age, the Eucharistic Nativity, Jesus becoming the Body and Blood to nourish the pilgrim people of God. Jesus became the Food to nourish the universe.

Going further, she explains that this love of the Bridegroom increased for the Bride in the fifth, sixth, and seventh castles; the soul receives more of the love of the Bridegroom and again, the development here is not just the soul’s effort but the direct actions of the Bridegroom. Grace and Love of God.  Similarly, we have explained in the seven ages that the manifestation of God’s love increased with the Eucharistic Incarnation. In the fifth age, for instance, His Blood was poured out for the universe, introducing an everlasting covenant of Grace. This was followed by other grandiose acts of love showered on the souls of the universe in the deliverance from Hades symbolized in the sixth age. Then, in the seventh age, a grandiose love of the Bridegroom for the Bride through the new life brough about through the Resurrection and Pentecost. Also in Teresa’s seventh mansion, the soul is mostly receiving, not doing much just as in this Sabbath Day Millennium, the universe will know tranquility and divine prosperity, ennobled by the direct actions of the providence and presence of God.

Point of Departure between the Seven Castles and the Seven Ages

The major inclination in the Christ the King Calendar cycle as expressed in the Seven Ages is a desire for universal sanctification brought about by the consecration and immersion of all things in Christ the King. Through a New Pentecost, there will be the sanctification and union of the entire universe with Jesus Christ the King, leading to a universal resonance of LIGHT. Thus, while the Interior Castles addresses a soul’s journey and union with Christ, the Christ the King Calendar cycle address the universe’s journey and union with Christ. While the journey through the Seven Mansions addresses the progression and perfection of the relationship between a soul and the King, the Christ the King Calendar detailing the seven ages focuses more on the progression of the relationship between the Bride (the Church/entire universe) and the Bridegroom (Christ the King). Thus, when I use the terms “soul of the universe” I mean the relationship between Christ the King and the universe. Whether it is only few persons in the universe or a region, they represent the soul of the universe. When God looks at the universe, He sees it as a whole; individual sins affect the entire universe. The soul of the universe will be fully united with Christ the King in this seventh millennium where everything in the universe is consecrated to Christ the King and through a New Pentecost the Lord will pour His Spirit upon all flesh (Jl.2:28). The mission of New Era Calendar is the Christification of the entire universe to Him crucified for the entire universe. The Christ the King cycle also unites each soul to Christ and will help each soul to arrive at the seventh mansion as well.

In order to bring this universal sanctification and resonance of LIGHT in this Sabbath Millennium, we have alluded to the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. This was followed by the first Pentecost outpouring that led to the universal proclamation of the Gospel. The millennium reign of Christ the King comes by the binding of the prince of darkness and his cohorts in the abyss and the resonance of light through the living of the Word of God (HIS NAME IS THE KING OF Kings AND ON HIS TIGH IS WRITTEN THE WORD OF GOD, Rev.19 & 20). We will see the seven-fold universal effects of this LIGHT in this seventh age, the RESURRECTION Millennium. CMD invokes this universal holiness and Light by praying the “Exultet” at the early hours of the seventh day, during the New Pentecost weekly vigil,

Rejoice, heavenly powers! Sing, choirs of angels! Exult, all creation around God’s throne! Jesus Christ, our King, is risen! Sound the trumpet of salvation! Rejoice, O earth, in shining splendor, radiant in the brightness of your King! Christ has conquered! Glory fills you! Darkness vanishes forever! Rejoice, O Mother Church! Exult in glory! The risen Savior shines upon you! Let this place resound with joy, echoing the mighty song of all God’s people! It is truly right that with full hearts and minds and voices we should praise the unseen God, the all-powerful Father, and his only Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

For Christ has ransomed us with his blood and paid for us the price of Adam’s sin to our eternal Father! This is our Passover feast, when Christ, the true Lamb, is slain, whose blood consecrates the homes of all believers. This is the night when first you saved our fathers: you freed the people of Israel from their slavery and led them dry-shod through the sea.

This is the night when the pillar of fire destroyed the darkness of sin! This is the night when Christians everywhere, washed clean of sin and freed from all defilement, are restored to grace and grow together in holiness.”

Thus, speaking further about this universal resonance of seven-fold Light and era of peace in the millennium reign of Christ the King, we had written, “Christ’s millennium reign will be seen in a new order that covers the entire universe. In chapter one, we mentioned a vision of the luminous Cross that will be raised in every city of the world. After reading that, one could have imagined that the practical implication would mean raising a physical statue of the illuminated Cross in every city, town, or village. We have seen various cities of the world raise images or statues that define their belief system or history. Thus, raising the luminous Cross in cities could be possible; however, the reign of Christ and Christianity is going to be more of a reality seen in lifestyle than symbols and statues raised on the ground or walls. Christ, Word of God, is the Light of the world…Through the triumph of the Word of God, ungodly statutes and belief systems of nations and cities will change. By the triumph of the Word of God, we will see a universal resonance of Light. Already we have seen the impact of the Light of Christ in the world for the past two thousand years, following the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Christ. But it has never had a fuller effect as syncretism and demonic infiltrations have always dimmed the Light, making it a twilight. His Millennium reign will bring the effect of a daylight because nations will be bathed in the fuller knowledge and applications of the Word of God. Consider all the autonomous mores of communities, towns and cities, nations, continents, and the entire universe, immersed and illumined by the Word of God…In this way, we will see the luminous Cross raised in every city and family of the world. The Cross symbolizes the victory of Christ, and His reign through the triumph of His Word will be His manifest presence in the entire universe. This victory comes not by our power or might, but principally by the Spirit of God through a New Pentecost. The events that have started happening in the world will also enable persons and cities to turn humbly to the Word of God, the Light of the world” (New Pentecost, Chapter Four of ‘God’s Foot is on the World: Christ the King Millennium Reign Begins).

THE SEVEN MANSIONS AND THE SEVEN AGES/DAYS OF CHRIST THE KING

(N/B: In some of these mansions, we have highlighted some words or phrases that she used to describe the characteristic of life for each mansion; the highlighted words or phrases resonate with the characteristics of the seven ages and the seven days of Christ the King. Summaries of the mansions are italicized because they were taken from some other authors. Additionally, rather than focus on the soul and the King, our focus in examining these seven mansions is on the universe and the King)

THE FIRST MANSION. It begins by self-knowledge and thoughts on God’s goodness, “through the practice of prayer, the soul needs to spend time in the rooms of “self-knowledge” and humility…meditating on its own “baseness” and God’s goodness…The souls that made it to the First Mansions were in a state of grace but were still intoxicated with the venomous creatures (symbolic of sin) that dwelt outside of the castle in the outer courtyards. In order for the souls to have made any progress, they would have to stay in the First Mansion, The Mansion of Humility, for a long time” (Summary of St. Teresa of Avila’s Interior Castle – Owlcation). In these first three mansions, the soul depends on his efforts to please the Lord.

First Millennium Age: Annunciation (Light)

Here we contemplate the pre-Fall goodness and the after-Fall darkness, contaminating the universe. The annunciation was like a light breaking into darkness, akin to the self-knowledge that has just struck the person dwelling in sin. Self-knowledge of one’s alienation from Christ is like Light breaking out in the darkness.

As we said earlier, even with the Fall, God’s love through the Lord Jesus Christ has never left the universe; even with the Fall, the goodness and boundless love of God could be seen in the promise redemption, “I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel” (Gen.3:15). Here begins the journey of the universe after the original goodness was lost. Through Mary to Jesus. The whole journey to Christ the King seventh castle began from Mary at the Annunciation and she leads us through her Immaculate Heart to the universal manifest  reign of Christ, era of peace in the seventh castle. On this first stage, in Christ the King Calendar we recall the Annunciation of salvation of the universe to Blessed Virgin Mary. The Woman, Mary (humble handmaid of the Lord), will become the prefigure of the Bride of the King, the Church; and because her role universal role, her fiat becomes the symbol of the universe turning to the King. This is why Jesus often addressed Mary as “Woman” (Jn.2:4; Jn. 19:26, etc.) The humility of Mary (Lk.1:38), the second Eve, was important for the first stage of the journey of the fallen soul of the universe just as St. Teresa recommends great humility for the soul to overcome the trials of this first mansion. Through her humility and obedience, the soul of the universe started the journey to Christ the King.

THE SECOND MANSION. In the second mansion the soul is growing in holiness through perseverance in prayer, conversations with good people, reading good books and listening to edifying sermons. The soul is moving farther into the castle as it purges its imperfections and grows in charity. It now has a greater desire for God. Here the devil begins to wage a fierce war against the soul, reminding the soul of the pleasures and honor the soul formerly experienced outside the castle. Consequently, for the soul to persevere, it is vital that the soul “flee evil companionship” and be willing to embrace suffering. The soul must not abandon prayer and should immediately seek God’s mercy should it fall or stumble. (Intro. 11; IC 47) The prayer of active recollection begins by the soul withdrawing the senses from all outward things, and thus consciously closing its eyes the soul looks inwardly to be with her King (God). We thus retire within ourselves to find God. This is not yet supernatural prayer since the soul’s own effort is crucial and controlling

Second Millennium Age: Nativity and Dedication

St. Teresa uses the image of the soul withdrawing into itself as the evil around oneself becomes evident; here we think of the building of the Ark and Noah’s family withdrawing into the Ark from the vile that multiplied in the second age. With the self-knowledge break forth like light of annunciation, a next step comes: the birth of new person who has become conscious of the darkness around oneself and wants moves into the light/and a separation. More explicitly as it pertains to the soul of the universe seeking relationship with the King, here we recall the withdrawal of the Essenes community to which Virgin Mary belongs from social environment of Israel steeped in moral corruption. In this relationship of the universe and the King in the second castle we contemplate the sacrifices of Mary and Joseph and the birth of the Son of God. Here we recall the sacrificial long journey of the three pagan kings/Magi to come to venerate and offer their gifts to the Infant King and symbolizing that relationship of the universe and the King only exhibited by Joseph and Mary at this stage is meant for all nations, races, and creatures of the universe. Regarding Teresa’s comments on the “soul flee evil companionship’ we also recall the fleeing of Mary and Joseph with Jesus from the demonic persecution of Herod. As she has described in the first three mansions, the soul (the bride) makes more effort in the relationship with the King (Bridegroom), as if this relationship depends upon the sacrifices of the soul. In this second castle, we recall the sacrifices and efforts of Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Joseph in nurturing the Little Infant King (the Bridegroom). They did all these for the universe, and thus, their sacrifices represent the universal soul in relating with the ever present King in this second stage.

THE THIRD MANSION.  Souls entering the third mansion have overcome their “initial difficulties” and are “most desirous not to offend His Majesty.” They “avoid committing even venial sins,” spend “hours in recollection” (prayer), practice “works of charity,” and are “very careful in their speech.” They “make good use of their lives and possessions.” (First summarizer)

Limitations in this stage were that one lacked vision and the ability to fully experience the force of love; also it had not yet come to the point of total submission and its progress was slow. It had to endure a spirit of aridity and was given only occasional glimpses of the Mansions beyond.”

Third Millennium Age: Baptism

Here we think of the Third Age after-Flood experience of Noah’s family and all in the Ark. That Flood was like Baptism that ended a period of hidden life of Jesus Christ the King for another period to begin. Here we think of the baptism of repentance and penance preached by John the Baptist, which prepared the soul of the universe for the relationship with the King. Many were baptized and repented of their sins. They became disciples of Jesus Christ thus increasing the numbers of persons in the universe relating with the King. Yet, the life here is still law-centered and membership limited to the Jews. Here Jesus was baptized, and disciples gathered around Him, the King of the universe. His baptism and ministry introduced a new level of relationship between the universe and the King.

THE FOURTH MANSION (Transition). Entrance into the fourth mansion marks a significant advancement in the soul’s journey to a greater and more profound intimacy with God. As Teresa states, “the soul is now getting nearer to the place where the King dwells.” The fourth mansion marks the transition from the purgative and active stage of the journey to the illuminative and passive stage. In short, in this mansion the soul is beginning to enter into supernatural prayer as the King (God) takes more direct action to communicate Himself to the soul. The soul then begins to experience a “temple of solitude” being built around it, “like a hedgehog or a turtle withdrawn into itself. The soul cannot force this experience on God: it is a pure gift for which praise and thanksgiving is the appropriate response. Here the natural and supernatural meet, and the supernatural dominates the natural. This type of prayer is a form of contemplation or infused loving – as are the forms of mystical prayer in mansions 4-7

Fourth Millennium Age: Eucharist (Holy Communion)

One of the significant things that happened at the fourth age of the universe as we had mentioned was the building of the Temple; the Temple became a recluse mainly for prayer and intimacy with God, “My house shall be called a house of prayer.”

Nevertheless, the most important aspect of her words describing the fourth mansion, is that the soul, the universe, encounters a transition into a new level of intimacy with God, dominantly caused by God Himself. It is important to think of the concept of this fourth age/day, Eucharist, in relation to this fourth mansion. Here we contemplate her words, “the King (God) takes more direct action to communicate Himself to the soul.” Holy Eucharist is also called Holy Communion. The old French word “comunion” and English “communion” comes from the Latin “communio” Communio means “Association, fellowship, community, to barricade, to strengthen; ‘A joining together of minds or spirits.’ No longer is the relationship between the universe and the King primarily fostered by the sacrifices and disciplines of members of the universe, the King takes over the nourishment of the universe by the Holy Eucharist. The Incarnate Body of Jesus Christ, the Eucharist, was born towards the end of this millennium (around 3997 BC). The King gives Himself as a Gift and Nourishment for the universe. Through miracles He fed them by multiplication of bread, and then, demonstrated that His Flesh is the Life and Strength of the universe, “I am the Living Bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this Bread, he will live forever. And the Bread that I will give for the life of the world (universe) is My Flesh” (Jn.6:51).

THE FIFTH MANSION. “Teresa wonders how she will ever be able to explain the “riches and delights” found in the fifth mansion…The soul will now go even deeper in prayer – to unite herself to God in what is appropriately called The Prayer of Union. Some scholars call this prayer the prayer of incipient union or the prayer of the sleep of the faculties. Here the soul “falls asleep to the things of the world,” and in this sort of death becomes united to God. Thus, the faculties are suspended, and there is virtually an unconsciousness, as the soul appears to have withdrawn from the body.”

Fifth Millennium Age: Crucifixion

It is also significant to see how she uses ‘dying or falling asleep’ here. We have explained in the Fifth Age of the universe that Christ died and, in His sleep, the Bride was born from His pierced side. As we stated, from the fourth mansion the manifestation of the love of the Bridegroom becomes deeper and deeper and relationship is not determined my our own righteousness through the remaining mansions. Christ’s death on the Cross is a deeper manifest expression God’s love to the extent it compels a soul, “For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified” (I Cor.2:2). And the knowledge of His love shown on the Cross is the source of other deepened relationships with Him, “Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith— that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, that by any means possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.” (Phil.3:7-11).

The mystery of crucifixion and death of Christ for the universe contains hidden treasures ever too deep to be fully unraveled. “It has been said that at least 300 prophecies were fulfilled in the events surrounding the death of Jesus” (The Indescribable Gift Of Jesus Christ | Biblical Proof (wordpress.com). Here the Bridegroom gives His Life for the Bride, the Mystical Body, that is the Mother Church. Perfection of the Mystical Body now comes not from individual righteousness but in Christ.

THE SIXTH MANSION.  The soul has fallen deeply in love with the King, and is now ready for spiritual betrothal to Him. However, the journey through the sixth mansion will not be without danger and affliction, and to persevere the soul will have to suffer much. “Oh, my God,” Teresa laments, “how great are these trials which the soul will suffer, both within and without, before it enters the seventh mansion.” In mansion three the King tested the soul’s resolve by subjecting it to a profound period of aridity. Passing this test, the soul moved on to mansion four, entering the illuminative stage and experiencing infused prayer. To enter into mansion seven the soul is going to have to withstand even greater hardships. These hardships…Teresa tellsare “comparable only with the tortures of hell.” Teresa calms the soul by encouraging her not to neglect meditative prayer. The soul is not to restrict itself to contemplative or infused prayer. It is beneficial that the soul meditate on the sacred humanity of Jesus, on the Blessed Virgin Mary, and on the lives of the saints.

Sixth Millennium Age: Descent to Hades

As we contemplate St. Teresa’s use of the soul experiencing what is “comparable only with the tortures of hell” here, it resonates what we have stated describing the 6th Day of Jesus Week calendar, Descent to Hades (Bridegroom went in search of the souls). Not only extending sanctification and redemption to Hades, through the Mystical Body, the Bridegroom expands the sanctification and perfection of the universe; through His direct actions in the Mother Church, His Mystical Body, all nations have received His Body and Blood and Baptism, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Every part of the universe is visited by missionaries and sacrifices of the Mass is offered by Priests acting in Persona Christi to take away the sins of the world. The sanctification of the places and circumference of the universe occurs as these missionaries set their feet into new territories of the universe to the extent that the relationship with the King has extended from the Holy Family, the early disciples, the country of Israel, Rome, and to the entire universe. Everything in the entire universe is perfected by the Holy Mass and Sacred Word of God administered.

Similarly, her words, “To enter into mansion seven the soul is going to have to withstand even greater hardships” resonates with what we indicated in the 6th Millennium Age of the universe about the purification and universal trails that precedes the 7th millennium era of peace and light. In the Seven Ages, we had written, “Descent Day: Here we think about the Lord descending into Hades, the land of darkness to rescue souls… And this was succeeded by the glorious resurrection and brilliant Light. In the same way, this sixth period marked with the gravest dark events is succeeded by the millennium of greatest light and peace. Here too, many persons and the universe have gone through anguish and akin to Jesus on the last hour of His Life, they have moaned “My God, My God why have thou forsaken Me.” We also recall the devotion to Blessed Virgin Mary prescribed in the sixth day (Descent to Hades) of the Christ the King Calendar.

THE SEVENTH MANSION. When the soul comes to the seventh mansion, she enters into spiritual marriage with her bridegroom, the King. The soul has penetrated to the very center of itself “where His Majesty alone dwells.” Teresa refers to this place in the soul as a “second Heaven.” Here all Three Persons (of the Holy Trinity) communicate Themselves to the soul and speak to the soul” (IC 209). She indicates that in addition to this experience she also was granted a vision of Jesus “in great splendor, beauty and majesty” after receiving communion. There are many wonderful effects produced in the soul as a result of this spiritual marriage. These include:  – a “self-forgetfulness which is so complete that it really seems as though the soul no longer existed…so entirely is she employed seeking the honor of God”  – there is produced in the soul “a great desire to suffer” and the soul bears no “enmity to those who ill-treat them”  – the soul has a “marked detachment from everything,” experiences “no aridities or interior trials,” but always maintains a “tender love” for the Lord, wanting always to give “Him praise;” – the soul experiences almost constant “tranquility;” – the soul has “no lack of crosses,” but they do not “unsettle” the soul’s peace; – the soul “loses its fear” and acquires great “strength” to serve the Lord and the Church; – the soul is ready to bear any cross for the love of the Bridegroom; – the soul experiences the almost constant “presence” of the Bridegroom (IC 210-231)

Seventh Age: Millennium Era of Peace.

In this millennium the entire universe will be lifted up in Christ and the fullness of this prophecy will be fulfilled, “I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh” (Jl.2:28); “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea” (Hab.2:14). Here we see the great love of the Bridegroom for the Bride, not deriving by our actions but deriving from the direct action of God, “When the kindness and generous love of God our savior appeared, not because of any righteous deeds we had done but because of his mercy, He saved us through the bath of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he richly poured out on us through Jesus Christ our savior, so that we might be justified by his grace and become heirs in hope of eternal life” (Tit.3:4-7). By the First Pentecost, Love of God has been poured upon the Bride by the Bridegroom through the Holy Spirit. Through that, the Mystical Body of Christ, the Church, entered into marriage with the Bridegroom, Jesus Christ. In this seventh age, the millennium reign of Christ the King, a New (Second) Pentecost will bring sevenfold love of God in the universe.

It is interesting to see how what she has written about the seventh mansion resonates most of what we have previously written concerning the seventh day and the seventh millennium age of the universe. In the previous document, “THE EFFECTS OF THE NEW ERA CALENDAR RESET” we have written, “Sabbath: Resurrection Day. His light will fill the entire earth. Everyone will serve Him. Fallen sons of God and their prince, satan, will no longer be seen in the universe as the Son of God, and Prince of Peace reigns. The Holy Eucharist (Holy Communion) will be adored by all. His peace will fill the earth in proportion to persons’ implementation of His millennium reign calendar. He will be all in all in every day of this millennium more than the days of other previous ages of the universe.”  We have also written of universal constant tranquility and peace; universal zeal to serve the Lord and universal fraternal love among nations. The Presence of the Lord will fill the whole earth.

Additionally, God’s Foot is on the World, we have written about the seventh millennium era, “Starting fresh in Christ means a particular communion of love for Christ who has become the center of their life and the continual source of every initiative. Thus, there is no expectation of “paying back” in this kind of love; the lover does not do this as to receive anything in return, in an analogical sense, it is just a “divine-consumption;” being ‘lost’ in an abyss and labyrinth of love – agape love, a heart beating for Jesus that consumes your heart which you want to please with every moment of the day, love for its own sake. This initiative will bring global peace more than multiplied global peace-talks that put Christ on the sideline.” Interestingly she describes this phase as second heaven; in God’s Foot is on the World, “Living the Jesus-Week-Cycle is a necessary transition and preparation for the fulfilment of New Heaven and Earth as promised by God. Eternal Life consists in being with Christ Our Lord God and living in Him.”
